Here are their prognostications: Punxsutawney Phil in PA: Early Spring Staten Island Chuck in NY: Early Spring Buckeye Chuck in Ohio: Early Spring General Beauregard Lee in Georgia: 6 more weeks of winter Sir Walter Wally in Raleigh, North Carolina: 6 more weeks of winter Queen Charlotte in North Carolina: Early Spring Dunkirk Dave in NY: Early Spring Chattanooga Chuck in Tennessee: Early Spring Jimmy the Groundhog in Sun Prarie, Wisconsin: Early Spring Malverne Mel in New York: 6 more weeks of winter Woody in Howell, Michigan: Early Spring
Only two of the famous groundhogs are female! 8 out of 11 predicted an early spring. The top progonosticator Punxsutawney Phil has a 39% accuracy rating. Can't wait to see if these furry weather friends are correct!
